This intensive 4-day hands-on CRISPR-Cas9 training program introduces participants to the principles, design strategy, and laboratory workflow of CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing.
The course covers the complete workflow from CRISPR-Cas9 theory and target selection to gRNA design, reagent preparation, transfection methods, DNA extraction, PCR amplification, gel electrophoresis, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.
Participants will gain both theoretical understanding and practical laboratory experience in genome editing-related techniques. The workshop combines guided lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on laboratory sessions to help participants understand how CRISPR-Cas9 experiments are planned, performed, analyzed, and interpreted.
By the end of the course, participants will have a strong foundation in CRISPR-Cas9 workflows and will be able to understand the key experimental steps required for successful genome editing projects.

I participated in a 4-day hands-on CRISPR course, which was very well organized both in terms of timing and content. Before the training, participants received materials to get familiar with the topic, which was very helpful. Each module included a theoretical introduction, followed by a hands-on demonstration and a practical session to apply what we had learned.
The instructors were very friendly, supportive, and took the time to address individual questions and challenges. It’s also great that participants can reach out to XTechAcademy even after the course for further questions or support.
The laboratory was modern and well-equipped, providing an excellent environment for learning. The building also offered a comfortable lounge area where participants could freely enjoy drinks, fruit, and even prepare something to eat in between sessions.
Overall, it was a great learning experience and an excellent opportunity to deepen practical skills in CRISPR technology.
