This 4-day hands-on training course introduces the principles and laboratory workflow of CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing, from gRNA design to data analysis. Participants will explore target selection, reagent preparation, and transfection methods in a guided lab environment.
The course also includes core molecular biology techniques such as DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and gel electrophoresis. Designed for Springer Campus students, this course ensures practical experience with genome editing and strengthens interpretation and troubleshooting skills essential for research success.
The program concludes with data analysis, discussion, and a short quiz to reinforce core concepts and assess learning outcomes.
