Overview

This intensive 5-day hands-on training program provides participants with a structured introduction to omics data analysis and integrative biological interpretation.

The course covers major omics fields including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, multi-omics integration, systems biology, public omics repositories, RNA-seq analysis, differential gene expression, pathway enrichment, proteomics and metabolomics data visualization, biological network interpretation, biomarker discovery, precision medicine, and AI-driven future trends in omics analysis.

Participants will gain practical computer-based experience with real-world omics datasets and learn how to analyze, visualize, integrate, and interpret complex biological data.
