Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XTech Academy, including its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Violation of these Terms by the User or their affiliates;
- Infringement of third-party rights;
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
- Submission of content that breaches our policies or standards;
- Any intentional or negligent misconduct by the User.
This also applies to claims by third parties (e.g., customers or collaborators) regarding digital services or products provided by the User via XTech Academy.
Further Limitation of Liability
XTech Academy shall not be held liable for any damages unless:

- They cause harm to life, health, or physical integrity;

Common Provisions for XTech Academy
No Waiver Failure by XTech Academy (“the Owner”) to enforce any provision or right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or right. Any waiver shall not constitute a continuing waiver of the same or any other term.
Service Interruption XTech Academy reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or other necessary changes. Where possible, Users will be notified in advance.
In cases where service is permanently discontinued, XTech Academy will assist Users in retrieving their personal data or service information and will comply with relevant legal requirements regarding compensation or data retention.
The Owner shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, infrastructure failure).
Service Reselling Users are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Application or its Services without prior written consent from XTech Academy.
